HP-P07 Vertical Steam Sterilizer (Standard)
Price, lead time and documents for your market are confirmed in the quotation.
Key takeaways
- HP-P07 is the first of four Normal (standard) vertical steam sterilizers, HP-P07 to HP-P10.
- The Normal version carries no Dry or Pulse-Vacuum designation; compare HP-P11 (Dry) and HP-P19 (Pulse-Vacuum) if you need those functions.
- Air-removal method, chamber volume and power data are confirmed on the HP-P07 data sheet with the quote.
HP-P07 is the first model in the Normal version of our vertical steam sterilizer line (HP-P07 to HP-P10). It is a vertical steam autoclave with an upright chamber that loads from the top, for clinics, hospital departments and laboratories.
"Normal" is our standard version. Its name carries no drying or vacuum designation, unlike the Dry (HP-P11 to HP-P14), Drying Internal Circulation (HP-P16 to HP-P18) and Pulse-Vacuum (HP-P19 to HP-P22) versions. Buyers usually choose it when their loads do not call for the Dry or Pulse-Vacuum versions.

Frequently asked questions
+What does "Normal" mean on the HP-P07?
It is our standard version of the vertical steam sterilizer. The name carries none of the extra designations used on our other vertical versions: Dry, Drying Internal Circulation or Pulse-Vacuum. The exact cycle and control features of HP-P07 are listed on its data sheet.
+Gravity vs vacuum autoclave: which one do I need?
A gravity displacement autoclave lets steam push air out of the chamber, which works for unwrapped solid items, glassware and many lab loads. Wrapped packs, porous loads and hollow instruments trap air, so they need a pre-vacuum or pulse vacuum autoclave. Tell us your loads and we will point you to the right version.
+How do I use a vertical steam sterilizer?
Fill with distilled water, load baskets loosely, close and lock the lid, set temperature and time, and let the cycle run. Air must be purged at the start so the chamber holds pure steam, and the lid is opened only after pressure returns to zero. See the HP-P07 manual for the control steps.
+Why do autoclaves run at 15 psi?
About 15 psi (roughly 1 bar) above atmospheric pressure raises the boiling point of water to about 121 °C. Steam at that temperature kills bacterial spores within a practical holding time. Higher pressure gives a hotter, shorter cycle.
