These terms apply to the use of hmedhealth.com and to quotations requested through it. "HOPE INTERNATIONAL", "we", "us" and "our" mean HOPE Medical and Health Co., Limited, Hong Kong, trading as HOPE INTERNATIONAL. "You" means the business, or the person acting for it, that uses this website or requests a quotation. Company details are listed under Contact information.
1. Business-to-business supply
This website presents medical equipment and consumables for business buyers such as distributors, dealers, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, rental companies, NGOs and tender bidders. It is not an online store. There is no checkout, and products are not sold to consumers through this website.
2. Quotations and orders
- Prices are not published on this website. Each quotation states the price, currency, Incoterms rule, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, warranty terms and the period for which it is valid.
- An order becomes binding only when both parties confirm a quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract in writing.
- If these terms differ from a confirmed quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract, the confirmed document prevails. Governing law and dispute resolution for an order are as stated in that document.
3. Product information
Product photos, descriptions and specifications on this website are for general reference. Configuration, technical data and included accessories are confirmed on the data sheet sent with the quotation, and the data sheet takes precedence over the website.
4. Payment
Payment method, currency and schedule are stated in the quotation or proforma invoice, and shipment follows those terms.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery, transfer of risk, freight and insurance follow the Incoterms rule in the quotation. Our Shipping policy explains how shipments, export documents and import clearance are handled.
6. Regulatory compliance in your market
Medical devices are regulated differently in each country. You are responsible for confirming that the products may be imported, registered, sold and used in your market, and for obtaining any registration, import license or local labeling required there. We provide the documents listed in the quotation for the specific model and destination.
7. Warranty and after-sales support
Warranty coverage, warranty period, spare parts and after-sales support depend on the model and are stated in the quotation. Report a defect, damage or shortage in writing with photos and the order reference so it can be reviewed under those terms.
8. Use of this website
You may use this website to research products and request quotations. You may not republish its text, images or documents for commercial purposes without our written permission, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading inquiries.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, information on this website is provided for general reference, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Our obligations for a supply are those set out in the confirmed quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract for that order.
10. Privacy
Information you send with an inquiry is used to prepare quotations and handle your order, as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
