HP-P06 Laboratory Vertical Autoclave (Spiral)
Price, lead time and documents for your market are confirmed in the quotation.
Key takeaways
- HP-P06 is the sixth and last model in the Spiral version of HOPE INTERNATIONAL's vertical autoclave machines.
- HOPE INTERNATIONAL lists vertical, horizontal, portable and table top autoclaves, so one supplier can quote several formats in one order.
- Model data, packing and market documents are confirmed with the quotation.
HP-P06 is the sixth and last model in our Spiral version of the laboratory vertical autoclave. Like the other Spiral models, it is an upright pressure steam sterilizer loaded from the top, for clinics, hospital departments and laboratories.
As an autoclave supplier, HOPE INTERNATIONAL lists vertical, horizontal, portable and table top sterilizers, so HP-P06 can be quoted together with, for example, a portable unit for outreach work (HP-P23) or a table top pulse vacuum autoclave for a treatment room (HP-P32).

Frequently asked questions
+What should I check when choosing an autoclave supplier?
Ask for the model data sheet, the documents for your market, spare-part availability, packing details and how technical questions are handled after delivery. A supplier that quotes several formats (vertical, horizontal, portable, table top) makes it easier to standardize across sites.
+What is the difference between a vertical and a horizontal autoclave?
A vertical autoclave loads from the top and has a small footprint, which suits clinics and labs. A horizontal autoclave loads from the front, takes larger trays or carts and is typically chosen for central sterile departments and high-volume labs. Our horizontal range starts at HP-N36.
+What are the basic steps to run a vertical autoclave?
Add distilled water to the marked level, load baskets loosely, close and lock the lid, set the temperature and time, and let the cycle run through heating, holding and exhaust. Open only when pressure is back to zero. Follow the HP-P06 manual for the exact steps.
+How often should an autoclave be cleaned?
Follow the manual. A typical routine is to wipe the chamber and lid gasket regularly, drain and replace the water on schedule, and descale periodically. Clean more often if you use hard water, run liquids that boil over, or process waste.
